@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Vansuya. This is their new location in Chinatown in Vancouver. They specialize in authentic Nigerian cuisine and I was so excited when I got an opportunity to try them. The restaurant and lounge space is absolutely beautiful. The service is amazing and the flavors are incredible! Bold, spiced beautifully and absolutely delicious. I got to try: - Shrimp Bricks - Smokey Jollof Rice with Chicken (HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🌟🌟🌟) - Chicken Shawarma (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, MY PERSONAL FAVORITE) - Beef Tacos - Nigerian Chapman - Zobo Breeze - Oreo Caramel Puff Puff While I think everything was delicious, their take on a shawarma wrap is the most unique I’ve had. It has this super rich, creamy and spicy sauce that I’ve never had before but is seriously so good! The Jollof Rice was packed with flavor and can accompany any protein but the chicken was a perfect pairing. Overall, I enjoyed my visit! Loved the space, service and food.
