This isn't really a correct analysis on racism in Israel. In its early days yes the Ashkenazi population dominated and demonstrated both social and institutionalized racism against Mizrahi and later Ethiopian Jews. But today the majority of the population is either Mizrahi or mixed, and the Mizrahi population actually tends to be much more right-wing and much more nationalistic than the Ashkenazi population. Netanyahu's voter base for example is overwhelmingly Jews of Moroccan, Iraqi, Yemeni, etc. origin. Racism in Israel today mostly functions against Arabs - discrimination against non-Jews living in the country rather than what we in the US would call Jews of color. It's an equally horrifying kind of racism but very different from the skin color-based racism in the Americas and Europe.

Colorism is really bad in Israel, too. Most of the population is either Mizrahi (Western Asian Jewish; eg, Persian and Arab Jews) or has Mizrahi ancestry, but the more European you look, the better you are treated.

This is false. Most israelis are infact mixed Ashkenazi sefardi. The reason beta israel dont integrate with jews as a whole is because they were not incontact with other jews for 2k+ years. They dont practice the rules of the religion at all the same.
