Cut 2 slices of bread diagonally into 4 triangles each (8 pieces total). 2. Melt 20–30 g butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 3. Place the bread pieces evenly in the pan with the pointed sides toward the center. 4. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with a little salt using a fork or whisk. 5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread pieces. 6. Cover with a lid and cook for about 1–2 minutes until the eggs start to set. 7. Carefully flip the whole omelet to the other side. 8.
