@charleeremitz: The cosmetically enhanced, ill-informed white woman has to be my least favorite character to cross paths with on the internet #lgbtq #equality #abundance #scarcitymindset
This is the most gracious, insightful, and just non-takedown I have ever seen. Brava!

something that genuinely grates on my nerves with the birthing person term, is a lot of these cis white women are using it to attack trans women but the term was originally made for trans masculine and trans men. because we have the ability to carry a baby, and being called a mother might trigger dysphoria.

The “fickle grasp on false power”part stung more than calling her “female presenting” 🤗🤗

It’s cus they don’t like accepting the fact that they aren’t the most oppressed, they don’t like when other people get attention because they think they won’t get equality if a queer person or a POC gets equality. They want to be unique or special and they aren’t if other people experience oppression

Cis women tend to cling so tightly to their “godlike ability to give birth” because it’s the only power the patriarchy seems to let them have by simultaneously bringing their worth down to just their bodies. Instead of dismantling that and finding womanhood outside anatomy, they attack lesser privileged people that challenge the patriarchy’s idea of feminine power

The only one that annoys me is “chest feeding” because men have breasts. That being said I do understand that inherently gender-less terms can still be not inclusive tho and also it doesn’t impact me so idrc

Birthing person is incredibly offensive. Again, the female body as just a vessel. But let’s reverse this. If a trans man decides to have a baby and wants to make sure father is on the paperwork but is told “no hon, you’re a birthing person”…
