Literally did cable kickbacks yesterday! I put the pulley to knee height on the 3rd or 4th hole from the bottom, I got a 10lb weight to stand on and on the working leg I pointed my foot 45° and kicked out, you don’t want to kick to far out bc that will start to hit your lumbar muscles, you want to kick out just enough to target your glutes. You want to have a little hinge at the hips but keep your core engaged and upright how you’re standing is pretty much how it should be. Im telling you I felt more of a muscle connection doing all this and I’ve been doing glute kickbacks for a while and recently changed to this and man i definitely feel the difference!🔥🍑

Yall you need to to be 3 step back , engage you’re core and always support your movement with the bar I swear is a game changer and when you do the movement don’t go to up we want the feet much away ( distance ) and sqeeze at the top … thank me later ( and put a plate or stair to support all that
