First two sound useless. memory and browser usage are built in features. If you’re new to Claude code I recommend thoroughly exploring all the built in stuff and how to best utilise before you add ANYTHING. I work with it 7 hours a day 5 days a week and I haven’t needed any of these bloated packages. I use it basically stock with a couple of my own skills for doing timesheets and PR reviews. Everything else is just maximising your documentation throughout the repo (CLAUDE.md files).
