I have him C3, and yeah, there’s a BIG difference between his C3 and C0… (mind you, some of my friends told me it was useless to get his constellations since it doesn’t change much. And to instead spend it on getting my Arlechinno her weapon… guess who’s doing the most damage out of all of us hehe…)
