it frustrates me that even though I promised myself I’d never work in hospitality again, I had to take it because I needed the money, and it was basically the only job that would fit my schedule as a student. some days are really rough, but I keep pushing forward, telling myself I have to do everything I can not to get stuck here

Icl I worked hospitality for 6years and the burnout was insane. I was always tired n moody so I left.. I’ve now done 2 years as a senior carer… and the toll it takes on you mentally, emotionally and physically is insane🥲 I feel like burnout maybe just follows me, no matter the career 😂
