Sad to see people rooting for Jules and Rachel. His relationship with Nelly was the only genuine one in the entire show. Trust and honesty are the backbone of intimacy. I also liked how they weren't lovey dovey and actually hated each other sometimes 😂 That's a real marriage.

I was convinced that Rachel's soulmate was actually Jules, who witnessed her birth as a child and has always had that trauma, and that fate had brought them together through Nicky, bringing her back to the place where she was born to unblock the trauma for both of them and to find themselves falling in love with each other again!! I swear I hoped so and I would have liked it, but the series wanted to communicate something else and in any case it resulted in a strong message with a shocking ending

I was hoping that Jules would have signed his divorce papers and instead her marrying Nikky, Jules asked her to marry him, not out of love but bc they were true soul mates, given their history and then the witness guy dies, she lives, Nicky is crushed and never understands but she lives, and Jules finally finds his purpose and closure of his trauma.
