this is cute but I swear I tried every “glow combo” like this 🥲 oils, lotions, routines… and my skin still looked dull bc my body felt off inside. constant bloating, low energy, cravings, I felt stuck. I wasted so much money trying to fix it from the outside. then a friend told me about Eat like a woman protocol (by loren green). I gave it a chance and things finally shifted—30 lbs gone, skin clearer, glow actually real now. not sure why this info is so hidden honestly
