also there is a study (i will put the link in the comments below) that discusses how plant based meats (technically ultra processed foods) are often better than the meats they are intended to replace. obvs having a wholefoods based vegan diet is gonna be best but that doesn't have to involve 0 vegan meats etc.

Impossible makes steak bites and my husband made "bulgogi" bowls with those and some fire bulgogi sauce (which was accidentally vegan!!) and omgggg

Have you ever tried the Impossible hot dogs? I’m vegetarian, but I love a good meat substitute, and those are so good, imo. Eventually I would love to go full vegan. I love watching your vids for ideas 😊

be cautious with the Daring bowls, I was dumb and didn't read the package once because I thought daring was a vegan brand and it turned out the bowl I picked was only vegetarian 🙃 it def says it plainly on the front, I just had to learn my lesson not to assume a brand is safe!
