JOJO :
Because Joel died at the VERY beginning of the game, the whole game’s purpose is that it WANTS YOU to learn forgiveness and wants to feel he loss of a loved one just exactly how Ellie felt we felt and Joel’s death would’ve not hit as hard and the entire THEME is about not knowing 2 sides of a story and not to judge someone before knowing them and that would’ve made the game WAYY less impactful and the emotions we would be feeling would be so basic and would take ALL the depth away from TLOU PART 2 and would be pretty basic story and writing nglll if Joel died at the end and not in the very beginning ngl
