We did the same with the pacifier where it stayed in her crib for only sleeping and every once in a while she’d go in her room grab it from her crib and take a few sucks and then put it back in and walk away …we called it her “smoke break” haha

We had the binki fairy come- the binki fairy took the binki and left a special gift . We said the new babies need the binki because they are so little , and they are big. Worked great for us .

Another cute hack I want to try with my babies is showing them little babies (tv/youtube/real babies) and talking to them about giving the paci to babies who need them! May be even cuter to help her get all her pacifiers “ready” for big brother!
