pretty sure i have extensor tendonitis and i wanna play soccer but it hurts to pass the ball and stuff like that how can i reduce pain , and is there a way to wrap it ?

I woke up one morning and I had pain on the top of my foot. I didnt hit it, I didnt do anything outside my normal activities. I have no idea what the cause could be and it hurts so much I can hardly walk. I've applied a soothing and pain relief gel. I'm thinking to give it a couple of days, if it doesnt get better, I'll see a doctor. what do you think?

After I’ve been sitting, I’ve noticed that when I get up, I have extreme pain on top of my foot and it also runs into my ankle makes my ankle feel weak. I’ve been told I have a high instead.

I have Arthritis in the joints how do I get that fixed my top of my feet hurt constantly every day and the doctor told me there’s nothing they can do I tried every possible insolles shoes PT injections even surgery they said there’s nothing they can do

I’m here because of pain. The top of my foot is very very tender. I hurts bad to walk. Just my left foot. I work on my feet walking all day, on concrete. I work in a wet cold environment so therefore boots is what we should be wearing however I’ve been buying sneakers trying to find the “right” shoe. I don’t have insurance so seeing the doctor isn’t really possible. Not sure if it’s tendinitis or entrapped nerve.
