As a person with D.I.D family acknowledgement etc this isn't how it works. You do not choose who comes out. for me it is mainly triggers like being overwhelmed, high stress level or overthinking. as a VRChat player as well this pisses me off and dissapoints. though I do find it funny that people can be so creative with their bs.
