I use those new balances and it does help but it's not perfect. I used to walk 8000+ steps a day as a teacher and it did help.

Work at the hospital did the same thing with me! Had to be fit for insoles which were a huge success for me?

I use to do that , then I found kuru shoes. They are great. I have planters fasciitis and fibromyalgia. I have had the surgery on one foot not the other. Try shoes they are great just a little pricey.

Finding the right shoe is key. Mine are Dansko. I also love the reflexology kit that I got from Amazon.
