I have severe insomnia. So I go to bed in the early morning (it's 5am). So my whole head is covered. I wear a bonnet, a sleep mask, mouth guard and ear buds to drown out my husband's snoring. I have 2 Mellow pillows and my quality of sleep is better. But my entire head is so hot! I wish I had something like this.
