@jericafeasts: my favorite meal this Japan trip, i’ve gone 3 times and each time i’m scared it won’t be as good or i hyped it up too much in my head but NOPE, it’s just as good as i remember every single time. �The whole experience was top quality. They come in and cook the soft thinly sliced wagyu beef on the stone pot. Then they pour over a sweet savory broth and we could cook the remainder of the veggies and side order in it. You dip the cooked meat in egg and eat it, and the meat just melts in your mouth with so much umami and flavor.
