Darker, and hot take; i feel like your cabinets should all be chocolate brown like the bottom, it will look cleaner and compliments the countertop more. Also, based on your style, I would consider painting your rails on your stairs black?

We have dark floors and are changing to light grey/ beige color cause the darker makes our house feel too dark for us but ours is darker then the sample you have so the darker would probably look fine in your house and give a good contrast
