Just save your money later for braces because they will need them and you can’t stop them. It’s their way of soothing themselves later on when you can have a conversation it might help.

My daughter did when she was this age. I was so grateful she knew how to self soothe. She quit on her own so I wouldn't worry just yet.

No need to stop it at all. It’s not a pacifier being picked up off the floor. I never used pacifiers.

Swaddle or mittens. I understand and luckily I didn’t have this issue. You can take away a paci but you can’t get there thumb away. I am sorry, but as he gets older hopefully he will stop.

You can’t. Start saving for orthodontics. That’s what ya do. My oldest sucked her thumb, my youngest had a paci. Both need orthodontics so one isn’t better than the other
