Just awareness. 5️⃣ Walk 10,000+ steps with no music. Let your mind wander for once. 6️⃣ Go on a solo "main character" walk at night. No destination. Just move and think. 7️⃣ Take yourself out for breakfast. No distractions, just observe people and slow down. 8️⃣ Do a full workout alone. No posting. No validation.
