Castor oil's a staple here. I soaked a piece of linen with the oil and stored in an air tight container. When I settled in with my nightly tea, I'd lay the cloth over my abdomen and top it off with a heating pad. It definitely eased the cycles. I also put castor oil in an empty mascara container and brush it on my eyebrows and eye lashes. I'll have to try the roller for my face. Sounds like it has total body benefits.
