It doesn't violate anything when they're just trying to have a safe conversation. just look at what happened here. I mean come on you can't see look. it makes sense to have people lay their weapons down. I know we have bad cops but as a rule they just want people to lay their weapons down so they can talk to him. so idiots like this one don't pull their gun to shoot at you. I mean come on where's your common sense? it has nothing to do with violating any of our constitutional rights. good grief people
