Girl. You could have an intestinal blockage from a tumor or a major cyst on various organs. You need a colonoscopy and imaging to rule out a cyst. THIS IS NOT SIBO.

Have you considered if it's Adenomyosis? I was recently diagnosed with this, and endometriosis after a laproscopy. It causes bloating. For me, it also causes lower back pain, upper back pain, hip pain, foot pain, genital pain, the list goes on. I bring this up only to say I have been on a chronic pain journey for 7 years. My symptoms are not "normal" aka not what shows up when you google it. Even the surgeon who did my laproscopy did not think I had endometriosis (because I never complained about cramping, it was always genital pain, back pain) and guess what they found? Anyways, abdominal pain/bloating is a strange and mysterious journey. I hope you find doctors that are in your corner. I never found mine until I had a chronic pain therapist who literally felt sorry for me and gave me her doctor. But ever since then it's been uphill. I wish you the best 🫶❤️

Girl it looks like endo belly! Really! Sadly endometriosis is hard to diagnose. Mine wasn’t seen on any imagine until my Laproscopic surgery. But my stomach looked JUST LIKE THIS- endo also causes gut issues in general.
