@pawsrescuemission344: 🚨 LADY SCHEDULED FOR EUTHANASIA TODAY MAR 7 @ 2PM 🚨 Lady is just a baby. Only 1 year 7 months old, and instead of being given the chance to grow up in a home, her life is about to end inside a shelter kennel. When I met her, it was obvious she was dealing with an eye issue. One of her eyes was bothering her, and she had already been started on medication. Despite that, she was still incredibly sweet and tolerant while being examined. She allowed handling and remained friendly and amenable during her exam, even while uncomfortable. Over the last few days, shelter staff report that Lady has developed an upper respiratory infection, something extremely common in crowded shelter environments. Now she has been labeled Rescue Only due to the severity of her symptoms and the fact that she urgently needs to get out of the shelter so she can recover. It is absolutely heartbreaking that a young dog like Lady could lose her life simply because she got sick in the shelter. Upper respiratory infections are treatable, and what she needs most right now is to be out of the stressful kennel environment so her body can heal. She is still eating, taking her medications, and desperately needs a rescue, foster, or adopter to give her the chance she deserves. ⏰ Lady is scheduled to be euthanized today at 2PM. We have very little time to save her life. Please share her everywhere.
