That’s a perfect explanation! I can understand how people could see a misrepresentation of death without the full understanding. I think that if I end up choosing MAID, I will either try to educate my family and friends on the process so that they are not afraid and can be more accept accepting I guess.

It has blown my mind following you and seeing what people have the audacity to say to you in your comment section. Why would they feel comfortable saying stuff like this to you? It’s absolutely insane. It’s the same caliber as when a terminally ill cancer patient gets told by a friend that they just watched their grandma die horribly from cancer, it’s just insane.

my mom actually had maid. she did not turn blue at any point. not even after an hr of waiting for the funeral home you come get her. she passed in our home.
