Try this experiment for the next 24 hours to understand how manifestation works. There’s a famous psychology experiment called the Invisible Gorilla Experiment, where people were asked to count basketball passes in a video. Because they were so focused on counting, many of them completely missed a person in a gorilla suit walking right through the scene. Not because it wasn’t there. Because their attention was somewhere else. And this matters so much when it comes to manifestation. Because if your brain is busy counting every problem, every delay, every fear and every sign that things are not working, you can miss the support, progress, opportunities and tiny good things that are already showing up. So for the next 24 hours, ask yourself: What good things are there in my life right now? Then collect at least 20 pieces of evidence. A kind message from someone. A good idea. A solution appearing. A beautiful sky. And when you notice it, pause and say: “I see this.” Because the more you train your brain to notice the good, the more familiar good starts to feel. This is not about pretending problems don’t exist. It’s about not letting your brain only count what is wrong. Comment “I see the good” if you’re trying this.
