People are filling up because they know every time they go get fuel at the moment the price has jumped again since last time. They’re buying early to avoid paying more. If gov want people to stop doing that then they need to reduce tax on fuel immediately and give people peace of mind that next time they need fuel they will be able to afford to pay for it!

I went to a fuel station but they weren’t any diesel, the filling up truck was there, he was turned away and was told it’s been canceled, so he didn’t get to put fuel in the pumps. Why I hear you ask. He said many are having the same problems. They’re canceling supply because the fuel prices are set to go up again which means, when they do actually supply the fuel, it’ll be more expensive for the public, which then means, the government will get more money on the next supply! This is actually what happened.

So the petrol retailers are worried. Why not listen to them? We will listen to the AA and RAC who do not provide fuel. Make it make sense. I get the impression they are not bothered because they are raking in hundreds of millions in additional fuel duty, VAT etc etc.
