So simple to make, quick and easy recipe Try it to believe it Watch the reel for visuals Follow the recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: Step 1- Marination ◾️2 Rupchanda Medium Size ◾️5 tbsp Oil ◾️1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder ◾️1 tbsp Chilli Powder ◾️1 tsp Coriander Powder ◾️1/4 tsp Salt to Taste Step 2- Sauté Onion ◾️4 Red Onion ( Finely Sliced ◾️Generous Amount of Fresh Coriander ◾️4-5 Green Chilli (Chopped) ◾️3-4 Garlic Cloves ( Minced ) Method: ◾️Clean the gut of the fish and remove any unwanted bits ◾️Wash properly with salt and lemon ◾️Score 3-4 on each side of the fish ◾️Pat dry using a towel ◾️Add all the marinade spice ingredients in a bowl with oil and mix well ◾️Pour the mixture over the fish, message all over and in between the slits ◾️Leave it to marinate for minimum 30 minutes. You can also fry it immediately ◾️Turn the pan on a medium heat ◾️Add oil to the pan, once the oil heats up add the fish and fry 6-7 minutes each side. ◾️ Every 4 minutes baste the left over marinade for extra flavour and crispiness ◾️Once both side is cooked remove from the pan ◾️In the same pan add garlic & onion and sauté. ◾️Add salt and continue to stir until the onion turns brown in colour ◾️Add green chill ◾️Stir for further 3-4 minutes ◾️Garnish with chopped coriander ◾️Enjoy with a plate of hot sticky rice #fish #bangladeshifood #bengalifood #fyp #bdtiktokofficial🇧🇩
