Ugh. Now that I’ve bought this I keeping finding out more that I need to buy for it. Sooooo do I need to buy more of those? How do I wash the old one? I don’t wanna do that by hand that’s why I bought a robot litter box………….

you can clean them perfectly with vinegar I just did it last night and I was completely amazed honestly thrown off how clean it came

I ordered new pads and I just found out that my USPS tracking number is a bogus number. What’s up with that? I paid a lot of money for the replacement pads.

that litter box sucked. it only lasted 2 months and stopped working. got the litter robot and it was the best investment I made for my 2 cats.

Honestly im not sure why all the negative reviews. I have had my pet pivot 11 since November about 7 months now. My cat was a baby and at first he would kick a lot of litter out and sometimes if he is feeling bored still does but it beats a regular litter box. I am hardly home and have gone up to 2 weeks without cleaning and it was not that bad yes i had to deep clean. I don’t have replacement i just ordered because its probably more convenient. If you cant handle a bit of litter out of the box then maybe you cant handle a cat. I just use the basic litter from petco the refillable one
