Our car seat was flagged at the airport multiple times. What materials are in the car seat that our being flagged by TSA? I am concerned about the safety of the car seat and you all don’t pick up the phone when I call customer service.

hi there. i was gifted a car seat from maxi cosi from my registry. the car seat is barely three months into use & is just falling apart. i’m not sure if i got a faulty one or what. but the foam side support is showing, im constantly having to pull it up, & the sun visor no longer stays put when forward which has been a huge inconvenience. i have already filed a claim & it’s been a week & still haven’t heard anything. we simply do not have enough money to just go & buy a new car seat & i truly trusted your brand when making my registry. what can be done?
