Girl help, I’ve never had impact leggings but I have the shorts. Small fits fine (more comfortable) but I usually buys xs so the shorts give me more a lift then there tight tho. What size should I order in the impact flares?? I’m 168cm tall and 72kg. Are they running big or small in sizes? Help!😅💗💗

love that you’re replying to so many questions! I usually wear a small in impact short, they fit snug tho, medium feels a lot more comfy while still giving the glutes justice, would M flares be the same? Don’t really want the small to dig in on the waist as I do have a lil chub hahaha

Hi! I’m 5’6 and usually wear a size small in the Impact leggings. I recently ordered the Impact flares in size small regular , but the waist feels a lot lower on me compared to the leggings. I just wanted to ask . do the flares normally fit with a lower waist than the leggings, or could mine be off/defective? Trying to figure out if I should exchange them for a different size.

normally I get large for vision shorts because of the compression on the thigh area but for dynamic shorts I fit a medium because of the stretchy thigh area so I’m undecided what size to get for flares🥲😔
