@stayinghomewithstacey: If you’ve got a sprouted potato sitting in your pantry… don’t throw it out. This is one of the easiest ways to grow your own food at home. One potato can turn into multiple plants, and each plant gives you a handful of potatoes back! I plant mine in grow bags, keep topping up the soil as they grow, and let them do their thing in the sun. It’s low effort, budget friendly, and so much fun digging for them when they are ready! 🥔 #growingpotatos #growbagpotatos #kitchengarden #backyardgarden #veggiegarden
I know this is going to come off as obnoxious, and honestly I do not mean to be, I love the portability and budget friendliness of bags for growing but are we concerned about microplastics growing potatoes in a plastic bag in the sun? Or will it be ok?
