@danimullenaux: Ideally… yeah, you’d lift and then go walk after. But real life? I don’t have time for that. I get one hour in the gym after I drop my kid off… then I come home, work, and make videos for you guys. So I figured out what works for me. I walk in the morning and lift 4-5x a week. I started doing the exact same thing, as soon as I wake up 20-30 minutes walk, then 20 min after lunch and 20 min after dinner, diet is plant based Nutritarian (Dr Joel Fuhrman) I’m so full and satisfied after every meal, I’m in a slight calorie deficit 1600 cal but it doesn’t feel like it I have lost almost 4 pounds in 2 weeks
