As a hijabi who is always fully covered let me tell you - linen, cotton, and rayon fabrics are the best for the summer heat as they are lightweight, breathable, and sweat doesn’t cling to the skin. Avoid synthetic fibers like polyester and nylon (which sadly most clothes are made from these days) as they trap heat and moisture against the skin! Also if possible avoid heavy denim and leathers.
