You did not see him hunting. He came in to the property through an open gate with no sign saying he was not allowed. You have no right to search his property he didn’t have any action that was a violation nor did he commit a crime. There was nothing done that endangered any wildlife. This officer is allowed to speak with this individual if he is willing too. Other than that tell him he’s someplace you feel he shouldn’t be and give him directions to leave the property.

I swear every year they add new laws, new zones for dove hunting. New slot limits on fish new boat laws. For years if you had a hunting or fishing license that was all you needed on WMAs now you need a permit also and they charge $7 to camp in a tent. It’s just a government money grab now days
