@king_deltoids: Drop sets are still effective and anyone who says they aren’t don’t understand physiology. Now does this mean it’s the best option… no, but let’s say one is low on time then sure that is an effective way to utilize it. a dropset will provide such a small amount of stimulus that it is not worth it for how much it fatigues you. it is not better than just doing 1 singular set
