actual advice from someone who's not a professional but around your age and knows a bit😭 you should try dancing to songs with less energetic moves while singing because dancing to such energetic songs and not having very strong vocal or being very stable won't help you improve a lot. id also recommend to focus on one at a time every once in a while and maybe watch some videos about body control and about vocals. you can also try dancing non idol dances if it helps
