Have you ever experienced when a teacher had to step out of the classroom for few minutes than forgot to turn her mic off. Now your hearing many conversations or the bathroom when flushing. Happen to me way more times than it should have but was too shy to say anything to my teacher.

my brother got an FM system in 4th grade after a few years of fighting for it. it took my parents reaching out to my states school for the deaf if they have any resources in our part of the state. they let them know of a lady's name and that lady was no nonsense and cut through the school bs they were feeding my parents. she became valuable in iep meetings.
