I had a client who paid much less than my others, and I wanted to drop them. But something told me to keep going, and my man kept saying it was still money. Because I stayed, that one client brought me more clients. Then when I lost my car, one of those clients gave me a car for free so I could keep working. I never had to ask no one… i just kept praying along the way… and it just kept coming… I just know its God.

Oh Ashley. I very much understand what you’re saying. I don’t know if I’m alone, but I feel that the line of trying to find it versus being shown it, is a fuzzy line. I know for myself that I’ve tried to control it and I’ve totally failed. But I also know that sitting around waiting for something isn’t the right thing to do, or at least I don’t believe so. I still think we have to move and take steps, but I’m certainly willing to hear more of what you have to say. I’m at the point and have been at the point for a while now where I say “yes God…show me” and I know I’m not alone in these feelings. Anything that you have to say I’m very open to hearing.

I'm not religious, but today, at 25, I decided to start listening to God and His plans for me. Since then, good things have been happening to me. I feel a lightness in my body, even when things aren't going well; I feel like they are. Every time I hear someone talk about Him, I immediately start to cry. I've never felt this way before.
