It’s been leased for 67 years. And after that you’ll have to reschedule the document again.

Every Land in Ghana is for lease but that doesn't mean the owner will resell it for u. it means that u will go back and renew ur agreement with a token. not in full as u bought for the first time. But the question is 99 years even the land lord himself is gone.

Yes, this is absolutely true about the land. it is always written in the indenture that it is a leasehold and it from 60 to 99 years. Never yet seen any that is sold outright.

@OHENE_24🇬🇭LUTILUV :
You’re making an important point—land ownership in Ghana is not something that applies only to Accra.
Across the country, land is generally not “sold” in the absolute sense. What happens in most cases is leasehold, not outright ownership. This means:
The land usually belongs to families, stools, or skins (traditional authorities).
What people “buy” is the right to use the land for a number of years (for example, 50, 70, or 99 years).
After the lease period, it may need renewal with the rightful owners.

It is true no land is sold, it is rather leased. Govt has to focus on the railway development to open other regions and ease the pressure on Accra.
