New guy showed up yesterday and put his whole back into the work at $17/hr. I think Imma pay his at $20, just to make sure he keeps showing up! 💪🏾🌱🌱🌱

had a guy beg me for work on Friday, swore he'd be reliable, could do everything, experienced, told him he starts Monday. 7am rolls around this morning and we're leaving without him because he no showed. labor is the hardest part of the business for sure.
