@clairehodginss: 47g protein in this CARROT CAKE CHIA PUDDING!? 🥕🧁 Chia pudding is one of my favorite breakfasts to meal prep for the week, but this ‘instant’ version can also be eaten right away! You can multiply this recipe to make as many servings as you’d like! For this recipe I used @Promix Nutrition Madagascar Vanilla protein powder🍦 It’s made with clean, all natural ingredients and is SO delicious in this chia pudding recipe, smoothies and more! Ingredients - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 1/4 cup hot water - 3/4 cup greek yogurt - 1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Promix - discount code ‘CLAIRE’) - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup - 2 tbsp grated carrot - 1/8 tsp cinnamon How to: - Add the chia seeds and very hot water to a bowl or jar. Stir for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds begin to gel. - Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps. - Add the greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, grated carrot and cinnamon. - Stir again until smooth and creamy. - Enjoy on its own or layer with extra greek yogurt and granola or walnuts for a delicious parfait!
