Years ago I had a one-on-one conversation with a younger white coworker who was trying to figure out her next move career wise, after awhile the conversation turned to more personal none work topics and I’ll never forget the moment I realized that everything that she was doing in her life was because either other people were doing it or because she felt pressure to do it, honestly in that moment I felt bad for her

Racism is not bad in USA, try traveling outside your own country and you’ll realize that Asia, Europe and Africa is a lot more racist than america. You Americans have more rights than anyone else in the world. People from other parts of the world usually understands why you would want to keep the system you have because you have it so much better than the rest of us, unfortunately
