love!... the 100% silk thing is known as a bed jacket. it was worn in the bed/ hospital for when you had visitors so that you'd be covered but not struggling w/ long robe 🥰

I’m 60 this year and I still have my clothes from the 80s and they came in handy. My son did drag for 10 years. I made a lot of these costumes cost me a lot of money but when he did those 80s songs, I had everything for him…. so darling, I look forward to watching what you’re gonna wear. It’s like I’m caught in a time warp with you🥰🥰😂😂

I love the bed jacket. Nobody wears them and nobody even knows what they're for. Picture you wake up in the morning and your maid brings you tea. You've slept in a nightgown but there's a chill in the air so you put on your silk bed jacket. You're not going to put on a full length bathrobe or dressing gown because that's just too much fabric to get all bunched up in bed. I have one except mine came from Giant tiger and it's actually a short fuzzy jacket but I wear it for a bed jacket. Sadly I don't have a maid to bring me tea.
