i'm pretty sure you can increase the intensity of aqua jogging with more weight, so dumbells for example. great work tho🙏

I aqua jogged for months healing a femur, tibia, and foot stress fracture. Honestly to get my heart rate up higher I would "jog" down and back down a lane or even ditch the belt as you get stronger instead of just staying in place.

If you use a bungee cord and attach it to the belt and to the wall, you can fight the resistance and get your heart rate WAY higher

i just recently fell down the and bruised my tailbone really bad, making it so i can't cycle which had been really hard, but after a couple days, I'm finally able to do some kettlebell swings and very light jogging
