Jungs framework is powerful if you commit to it and check your Ego often. I've been walking a path of individuation for two years, and the changes I've seen are amazing. At 37 years old I found out I was a poet, all from learning from Jungian psychology. Not 100% sure about the envy one, but the core premise is sound. I believe most human traits aren't good or bad, it's how we deal with them and apply them to our lives. The bigger caveat is that we house more darkness than the 7 sins seem to cover ☠️

This does actually work. I leaned into individuation, i study my dreams for clues of what i am not seeing consciously, and it was the on thing that helped me pull myself out of debilitating burnout. Love yoir content BTW
