@bakesbynat: Fudgy Mini Egg Brownies ✨💗 ✨ Ingredients • 200g milk chocolate • 112g unsalted butter • 180g caster sugar • 100g light brown sugar • 3 eggs • 60g all purpose flour • 20g cocoa powder • 100g milk chocolate (for topping) • Mini eggs ✨ Method 1. In a pan melt together your unsalted butter and chocolate. Set to the side to cool down. 2. Add your caster sugar, brown sugar and eggs to a bowl and whisk together. 3. Add vanilla extract and mix again. 4. Sift your flour and cocoa powder in and mix with a spatula. 5. Bake for 25 mins on 175°C. 6. Let cool. 7. Melt some chocolate and spread it over the brownies.
