Being a sped K-2 teacher on top of having a 9 month old has literally caused me such exhaustion that I have considered leaving teaching to find a less overstimulating job so when I come home I’m not already overstimulated causing my baby’s screams or crying to put me into so much overstimulation that I shut down.
