Many stories like this. We have one about new holland combine. New holland couldn't supply a part fast enough during harvest. Went to local deere dealer and traded for a broken unit for a green combine. Weeks later the new holland service tech was at the deere dealer installing new parts. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well, that would be a huge mistake because John Deere has proprietary rights for their software. No one, but John Deere can work on it, and their shops are backed up for months of time. Make wise decisions.

I am a salesman for Deere. If we did everything people wanted for free we would never feed our families. Some people think just because you sell it you can fix it and get all repairs done for free. Even when they bought it from someone else.
